We are committed to providing fast, reliable, and convenient delivery services across Kenya. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through our website and physical store.

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders on the same day they are placed unless a customer requests otherwise.

Orders are processed during normal business hours. Processing times may occasionally vary during:

  • Public holidays
  • Peak shopping periods
  • Unexpected courier delays
  • Stock availability confirmations

Customers will be contacted promptly if any delays affect their order.

Nairobi Delivery

For deliveries within Nairobi and surrounding areas, we primarily use our in-house riders for fast and secure deliveries.

Most Nairobi orders are delivered within approximately 1–2 hours after confirmation, depending on traffic, weather, and location accessibility.

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • M-Pesa payments
  • Card payments

Nairobi & Environs Delivery

Local CBD Moi Avenue/ Shop pickup – Free

Nairobi & Close Environs (Rider) Payment on delivery- Ksh 450

Nairobi Environs (15km+) Negotiable with Rider. Payment on Delivery – Ksh 600

Nairobi Environs Parcel via Shuttles (Payment before Dispatch)- Ksh 350

Delivery charges changes, where applicable, are communicated before order confirmation.

Delivery Outside Nairobi

For orders outside Nairobi, prepaid orders are dispatched through the customer’s preferred courier whenever possible.

Outside Nairobi (Shuttle/ Fargo/ Any preferred Courier) Payment before Dispatch : Ksh 500

Where no courier preference is provided, we use reliable and trusted delivery partners based on the destination route.

Our commonly used delivery options include:

  • Shuttle/Bus parcel services for same-day delivery on selected routes
  • Wells Fargo Courier
  • G4S Kenya

Courier deliveries are typically completed by the next business day depending on destination and courier schedules.

Please note that some courier services may not operate or deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a guide only and may vary due to:

  • Customer location
  • Courier operations
  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic delays
  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Games Galore KE is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier providers or events beyond our control.

To avoid delays, customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct phone numbers
  • Clear recipient details

Games Galore KE is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided during checkout.

Order Tracking and Communication

Customers may contact our support team for delivery updates or courier details after dispatch.

For some courier services, tracking information may be provided where available.

Walk-in customers are welcome during business hours for purchases, pickups, and customer assistance.

Failed Deliveries or Unclaimed Parcels

If a delivery attempt fails due to unreachable contacts, incorrect addresses, or customer unavailability:

  • Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery
  • Unclaimed parcels may be returned to our store or courier office
  • Orders may be canceled after prolonged failed delivery attempts
