Returns (Defective Items)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
The issue is reported on the same day of delivery
The product is defective or damaged.
- The product is received defective or damaged.
- The issue is reported on the same day of delivery
- The said product is in it’s original packaging.
To request a return:
- Contact us immediately upon receiving your order
- Share clear photos or videos showing the defect
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. We however offer exchanges. This applies only when the item(s) is sent defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or another, visit our shop or call us via 0790008326
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should visit our shop or send it to our location at Veteran House,8th Floor, shop 807.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be not be factored.

- All products are checked and packaged with care before dispatch
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions
